In 2020 we have been able to fulfil one of our greatest wishes: Our own house in Africa. In the middle of the nature we spend the German winters in the African wilderness. Just being surrounded by the beauty & the omnipresent sounds of the African savanna - for us it is the most beautiful thing in the world. We enjoy watching wild animals right from our garden and just leave all our cares behind.

Once in a week we meet our family members to have a board game party. The Nuschs especially enjoy playing the game “Catan”. Of course we take the game and the victory very serious, nevertheless, the most important thing is to spend some precious time together with our beloved ones.

Exactly these special evenings help us to take a break from our everyday lives and we forget our cares by laughing heavily together.

We can admit it, we are not the best chefs – but still we love eating good food. After a long day at work, we enjoy going to a nice restaurant. And we believe there isn’t anything better than the exciting anticipation of a delicious planned dinner.

If we decide to prepare a meal on our own, we use a sandwich maker- that is our best friend. You have to try a typical “Nusch Sandwich” at least once in your life :).

We are all about dogs. I have to share Hanno with Minou, our Doberman dog. She is such a good-natured, open-hearted and sincere dog and the best friend you could ever wish for. However, she is also clumsy, hectic and always likes to be in the centre of attention. Hanno means everything to her. When we take a walk through the gorgeous vineyards nearby our home, we are able to create and collect new ideas or just free our minds and souls.

Yes, we can admit that, too – we are addicted to Netflix. After an exciting working day, we feel the need to cuddle and work through the list of Netflix series in the evening. We always look for some new recommendations and actually we are almost able to talk about any TV series there is. At the moment, we are watching the series “House of Cards”.

Nevertheless, our most favourite TV series remains “King of Queens”. We really know every episode by heart, however, we have to laugh at the jokes again and again.

Because of our self-employment, we are obliged to work on almost every weekend during the Summer months, and this makes it hard for us to cultivate any friendship. We truly love our jobs, therefore, we often tend to forget time and space. This is why we are even more thankful for our understanding friends. We are grateful to have the possibility to share the most beautiful moments, but also our deepest sorrows with our closest beloved persons. They represent our biggest support whenever we need them.

We both have already reached our thirties - I cannot believe how fast time goes by. It appears as if yesterday we were only 20 years old.

In the last 10 years we have found out who we really are and what we expect from life. We take our jobs as a photographer and videographer very serious. We experience intensive, exciting and adventurous moments as we follow our bridal couples worldwide. Thus, we seek calm and relaxation in our free time. Honestly, we do not know what boredom is.
